"Exceptional RV Repair Service—Chris Went Above and Beyond! As first-time camper owners, we faced an absolute nightmare. The dealer we bought our camper from failed to properly winterize it, and we didn’t discover the damage until our first trip months later. It was every new camper owner’s worst fear—freeze damage. From cracked pipes to a broken flow sensor and leaky toilet fittings, we were in a tough spot. To make matters worse, the dealer refused to help. That’s when Chris from Mason’s RV Services stepped in and completely turned things around for us. Chris is, without a doubt, the best in the business. The water pipe assembly was cracked, multiple pipe elbows and fittings were damaged from freezing, the toilet gasket ring was dry-rotted, and the toilet itself had been assembled without a proper O-ring from the manufacturer. On top of that, our door handle and lock had been malfunctioning since day one, leaving us in constant fear of being locked out of our camper. Chris tackled every single one of these issues with unmatched professionalism and expertise. He didn’t just patch things up—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was repaired the right way and to the highest standard. One of the things that impressed me most was how transparent and thorough Chris was throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood how everything worked. He even reassured me that if any future issues arose, I could call him anytime, day or night, and he’d make it right. That level of care and commitment is almost unheard of these days. The pricing was beyond fair. For the quality of work, attention to detail, and peace of mind he provided, I would’ve happily paid double. Chris also has his own RV park nearby, which we’re now seriously considering moving to—it’s beautiful, offers more amenities, and is priced better than our current spot. It’s clear he puts the same level of care into his RV park as he does into his repair work. In the end, Chris made what could have been a disastrous first RV experience into something manageable and even positive. His skill, professionalism, and kindness reminded us that there are still good people in the world who truly care about their work and their customers.
